I am switching from Captivate to an Inspire... I loved my Captivate but also like my Inspire, but the functions are sooooooo different I dont know where MY Files are or how to acess it or where to go on the phone to clear our the cache or cookies can some please help me. I can not acess my office documents I need to delete things but it wont let me this is very furstrating.........ugh

I use ASTRO File Manager to access the files on my Inspire from the phone itself.

You have to download a file manager. There are many on the market for free. I use this one. To clear the cache (if you're talking about application cache), you can purchase (about $1) Quick App Manager. Normally, clearing app cache requires doing it one by one (unless you have root), but this app will work for you. As for clearing cookies, you have to do that within the browser settings. I assume you're using the stock browser. If you use Miren or Dolphin, they both have an option checkbox to clear cache on exit (menu > exit), if you're speaking of only the browser cache.
