My first android's experience

Dear All,

I just bought my galaxy 5 last week, the reason i buying it because it is the cheapest in android's world. I have a few question here:

1) How do i want to use galaxy as modem? my PC are running window 7 as OS.
2)How can i optimize my android? any apps?

OK you need to upgrade to 2.2 you do this by
Installing Samsung Kies And plunging in your phone and it should say an update is available and follow that

Now at 2.2 You can use your phone as a modem by going to WiFi & network and click tethering & portable hotspot

You can optimise it in your own way install apps that you like and want things to do so you can optimise it in your own way
