my hero keeps loading apps..

MY hero keeps loading applications..seems like it was just newly turned on.what causes this?

When you say "loading applications", what exactly is happening?

IN the home screen,it seems like the phone is always loading icons,hangs up and the programs are shivering vertically/horizontally..does the ANTIVIRUS causes this?

I've never come across anything like this myself. Did it coincide with you installing any new apps?

Yup,i think its the antivirus.i already uninstalled the antivirus and now its going well..but still,the apps' icon still shivers sometimes.it goes back(shivers) when i open apps for a long time(i.e. facebook,youtube)..

The notification bar of my Htc hero shivers after/ongoing call,it stuck in the middle of the screen and it won't recognize the touch input during those times..why?
