Help My home wifi works but borders or starbucks doesn't

So ive noticed that my wifi will work at home but if I want to use the starbucks wifi or the barns and noble wife, it will connect but I won't be able to connect to the internet

ANyone else have any idea why it's like that?

Places like Starbucks and such usually require you to accept their tos via a webpage... typically you are automatically redirected to it as soon as you open a web browser

Yeah, around here, McDonalds, Burger King, etc are the same way, open a web browser and then your pretty much good to go.

not at all...it's not exactly what I would call common knowledge unless you regularly use free public wifi
