Help My Incoming calls ringtones Volume go down when?

Hello,

My Incoming calls Ring tones Volume go down when I press the power button to see who calling me & answer but the tone volume go down until muted and I don't know how to fix it So any solution Please ..!!

Why do you need to press the power button when someone is calling you?? Your screen should go on when you have an incoming call. And the volume goes down when you pick up your phone, that's a standard setting. You can change those settings here : menu=>settings=>sound.

Dunno why you need the volume to remain high once you pick it up? I like the fact it goes low when I've grabbed it.
