Hi...I waited a long time for the captivate to come out, finally "bought" one and couldn't wait to root it, which is what brought me to this fine site. A google search later, here I am. I followed the instructions and rooted my phone in no time. The joy of control is now mine. Look forward to interacting with you all, in hopes of improving what is already a great phone. Thanks.
