Root My Lg Volt is 4.4.2 is it Still Rootable???

TowelRoot works on the Galaxy S3 running 4.4.2, so I don't see why it wouldn't work on your Volt (Ref. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2793071).

Just to leave no stone unturned, am moving this to the All Things Root sub-forum for your device.

I just tried towelroot on my LG volt, 4.4.2, with ZV 5 , came back and told me this phone is not supported

Yeah toweltoot only works on ZV3. No root has been found that works on ZV4 or ZV5. The only way to root is to downgrade to ZV3, root, flash recovery and flash zv5 rooted rom.
