Where did you buy the card? There are a load of fakes floating about, normally on eBay etc.

Run H2Testw. If it comes up with any errors, you have a bad card or you've been duped unfortunately.

no. the card already worked but every time it turn off the card become bad. now it wont detect on the netbook.

As per my above post, I'd say it was fake or faulty unfortunately, sorry .

I'd see whoever you bought it from about getting a refund or replacement.
