My Microphone has dropped the ball

I got my EVO the week after launch. A couple of weeks ago I dropped my phone and sure enough small scratch and the microphone works horribly. I do have insurance on my phone. Is there a way I can get a NEW phone not a refurbished from Asurion?

It depends on what they have, if they dont have any refurbs you will get a new one.
