Very often, there are apps that are automatically installed on my phone, its really annoying. I'm suspecting an adware. Any means to stop that?
Secondly, i see that 'small giftbox' (see attachment) on my screen from time to time and when i open it,it redirects me to the link 'adnext', how to remove that adware?

I have a lenovo s898t+, running android 4.2.2

Thank you

Thanks for replying. I installed adblock plus, adfree and dorland dictionary from outside playstore but these problems have been present even before. Adnetwork detector detected two apps: the dictionary and 'sync'. I disable all internet access (wifi, data) for the dictionary. For 'sync',its saying its an inbuilt software,i don't know what is it about so i disabled it. Hope the culprits have been found.

Thanks

Good luck mate but I'd be careful about disabling Sync if it's a preinstalled app. It could affect stuff like pic and app backup. Maybe even email :thumbsupdroid:
