Very nice! If I didn't use a case (and I thought I could do as good a job as you did), I'd definitely give this a shot.

Oh, as far as using real cf, I'm fairly certain that would interfere with the radios....but I could be mistaken.

There's another post somewhere from right around the EVO release date. Someone was making CF battery covers for $60 iirc
