Help My Note 4 has limited service?

I had my galaxy note 4 for about a year and ine the past two weeks, it has been saying limited service on the lock screen. There is also a vrossed out circle symbol where the 4g symbol would be in the notification bar. When I click settings then status, it recognizes that i have T Mobile but it says disconnected mobile network state and out of service state. I've completely reset my phone and I do not think it is my SIM card because I've tested that on another phone and it worked fine. I cannot make calls or texts.

NVM, missed the part where you tried it in another phone. Assuming the other phone can make calls with that SIM.

I still suspect it is the SIM card.

Take the phone to a retailer for your carrier and have them check it out.
They fixed my similar problem by giving me a new SIM card.

Assuming your account is still "paid up", there should be no problem for them to get it right.
