However, just a quick question...did you get an update to ADW recently? Do you have a way to clear preferences for ADW in the main app list, then use your "home" button, whatever that may be. Typically, it will ask you at that point which launcher you want to use as default. Just a thought.

ADW launcher stopped working since last night, i can receive messages and calls but i cant send messages and i cant call, i cant view my menu, everytime i unlock my phone a message is popping out saying that ADW launcher (process android process acore) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again. with FORCE CLOSE. i cant do anything with my phone right now. when i got it it has already the launcher, i have this phone with me 1week already and this is the first time it happens.

I see. Ok well, in that situation about the only thing I can think of right offhand is the dreaded factory reset. But it's kind of a last ditch thing and I'm guessing you've already considered that. Then again, might not be so bad if you've only had the phone for a week.
