Help My phone has and administrative that isn't getting deleted and won't turn off

Hi there so I have a galaxy s6 edge. My cousin downloaded an app that needed device administration and when I want to turn it off it locks my screen once I click it. Any suggestions? I have a NON-rooted phone.
 
I'm not sure exactly what you mean as far as what you've tried to do, so apologies if this is what you are already trying.

Settings > Security > Device Administrators
Uncheck next to the app that has device administrator privileges.
