Root My phone keeps getting this BSOD message. What does it mean?

I have the LG Optimus F6 D500 (or w/e the Tmobile version is), and I've been using viperdink's KitKat Mini 4.4.2 (miniVOA2) for about a year with no problems, but now I keep crashing randomly. I've tried returning the phone back to its stock state and reflashing the ROM, but the crashes still keep happening. It also happens for any other KitKat roms I use (so Carbon, CM 11, and any of the other 4.4.2 Roms). If I use GameTheory's Xperion ROM or just keep the stock ROM I don't get the crash (but my radio sometimes doesn't work...).

A weird side effect that sometimes occur because of the crash causes my phone to lost radio functionality and thus phone service (wifi still works though). It also once made my phone think it was January 1, 1970 12:00AM. I've googled the BSOD message, but there are conflicting reasons as to why the crashes occur (it's either kernel related or because of the modem in my phone), and most help threads regarding the issue are left unanswered.

I am posting this here instead of the dev thread for the ROM it occurs on because it occurs on all kitkat roms i flash, and I think it is strange that I was able to use viperdink's KitKat Mini 4.4.2 (miniVOA2) for a year straight without ever running into this issue. Thanks for any response! Attached is a text file containing the BSOD crash message and the last_kmsg (hopefully it's useful and correct because it's all gibberish to me)

Perhaps modem firmware corruption. Maybe try to fix the firmware files with KDZ.

I've already tried using KDZ to fix the issue. It doesn't work. I've noticed my radio is messing up even for the stock Tmobile rom (I didn't notice this before because who uses a stock rom?). I think something physically happened to the radio and it's not working properly anymore. It would explain why all the kitkat roms panick and crash, or why I sometimes do not have a working radio with Xperion. RIP my phone :(
