Does it turn off at a specific battery percentage or is it random? Does the device charge up fine? Does the power button stick at all?

Help My phone keeps turning off by itself.

Sometimes it happens randomly at any percentage and sometime when the phone nearly reaches 50% . It charges easily however losses battery quite quickly. I am using this phone since September 2016 and before the two previous weeks everything were going fine
If a factory reset didn't fix the problem, I'd have to think that it's a hardware problem. It is a two year old phone, it might have battery problems.

How or what should i do to fix the problem ? I have bought the phone in September 2016
Unless you bought it 2nd hand, it should still be under warranty so I'd give HTC (or wherever you bought it from) a call.

Do you have the EVO 4G or another device? When you say "blocking", do you mean locking up and freezing so you can't use the phone?
