Root My phone refuses to boot

I cannot boot and am stuck on the htc screen after flashing roms or backups. Smart flash is on and this all started after attempting to flash chubbz sense4.1 rc3. (from the evo 3D forums)

Please help.
 
just push the boot.img from the stock rom using CMD. this will fix your bootloop.. and just s-off that bitch.. I was hesitant to do it... but honestly.. its easier than rooting.. it only took 5 minutes

Exact same thing happened to me a couple nights ago. I was s-off with 4ext and Smart-flash on. Took me 4 hours to finally resort to the RUU.

I couldn't boot any rom and I was about to throw my phone out the window.

So as for the post a few above me, being s-off doesn't eliminate every problem.

It doesn't eliminate user error
 
Okay another issue, maybe out of my control since I'm s-on, but after flashing johnny's sense 4.1 port, my signal is always 1 bar in places where I should get full bars like here in class where I get full bars everyday. Anyway in the market the little sqaure doesn't contain virgin mobile apps. I'm guessing its a sprint radio conflicting with the phone? Can this be fixed while S-on?

no just s-off. I will walk you thru it step by step. just pm me .. you will be glad you did. SUPER EASY... EASIER THAT UNLOCKING THE BOOTLOADER
