Root My Phone Stopped In The Recovery Mode, Please Help!

My phone was in this status ( see attached pic ) for a few day. I'd tried every method which found in here but still couldn't boot normally. Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

Btw what did you do before this happened?

one thing to try, use adb and type adb reboot

It is worth a shot, if that does not work, you need to do what peachpuff said

I've saved my phone by using usb jig.
