my phone wont charge while screen on

When im charging my phone iwont charge if im using it. Anybody else having this problem

Please comment on how to fix it
 
Can u be a little clear on this ru not able to use the phone when its charging right? like the screen goes blank while charging?
 
no hes saying that the phone only charges while the screen is blank, if he turns the screen back on it will stop charging, may just be mistaken because there is no visible icon, or maybe it really isnt charging, this phone is known for having high power usage, mine dies while its charging regularly, and not due to a charging problem, it just cant keep up with using the cdma radio and the wifi at the same time, eventually the power draw overcomes the power input and battery reserves
