My Pre-Order Cancelled

I just logged into my account, tried to upgrade my phone and still got this same screen since I've preordered my Incredible. There is nothing wrong, no need to panic.

Hmm - i pre-ordered the 19th. got a confirmation email with an order number. I can check the status of that order and get the "Your order is awaiting approval or phone availability. Please check back in a few days." message. However, I do NOT get the "greyed out" message. It appears I could go ahead and order again if i wanted to.

Weird.

same with my order, i went all the way through the process again and it lets me go to the very last page "submit order" ....
 
Im having the same issue. Yesterday it said i had currently ordered a phone and that i had to wait to receive the phone and then activate it and now i just checked it and it shows my line is eligible for an upgrade
 
I've done many upgrades on Verizon being on a family plan of 5 people and handling every single one of those upgrades myself since my family is computer illiterate. every time the upgrade was still "available" until the phone was activated, then the upgrade was set to its new date. i dont see why verizon would actually just cancel pre-orders out of nowhere for no reason and only on a very select few people. makes no sense.
 
This is a silly thread, My order status is the same, I did however ask Verizon if i should expect my phone on the 29th and the rep said as far as he knew the 29th was the shipping date, I paid for overnight so im hoping it arrives by Friday the 30th
 
Are you guys using Firefox or IE? When I was using Firefox the website was giving me problems. When I used IE I was able to get to the screen that I took a screen shot of. Either way, I'm still good.
 
Spoke to a CSR who said she didn't see the phone in the system, but the internet orders lady said she DID, and there was no need to REORDER it, it was just on hold until it gets processed on the 27th or 28th.
The reason I was still able to buy another phone was it was not processed yet.
 
Everybody, just because it doesn't say anything next to your old phone on your My Verizon account about upgrading DOES NOT mean your order did not go through. I called customer service and before I even got to speak with anybody, the automated service said our records show you have an a phone order and the phones pending activation.

so don't worry about it. if you can check your order on verizon's website and it still says it's pending phone availability etc, you're good, no need to worry.
 
I was a little worried so I call customer care and asked them to switch me to the internet sales department, they asked for my order number. They found my order and said it was received successfully, now time to sit back and relax.
 
Same situation here, order pending, yet able to click through the process for new upgrade NE2..

This morning, I get an email from Verizon, like an add, announcing the Incredible, and how it's now available for pre order..

But, after reading all of your posts....I think I'll hold off on worrying...sure wish Verizon ran a tighter ship when it comes to communication/presentation of actual order processing
