Root My PRL has been Reset to 3000!??! PLEASE help =/

Ok, i have looked everywhere and tried doing my research to fix this but i have yet to find a solution... just an FYI haha

But for some reason my phone has been acting up very strongly with its service/reception/signal, or i dont really know where to pinpoint the problem. Im able to pick up roaming signal, but i still cannot send/receive messages through roaming and no phone call and no internet, and the ONLY phone call i can make is the *228, BUT i have tried updating the roaming list to fix the problem and just tells me it was unsuccessful. Then i tried changing the settings under Mobile Network Settings in System select to only choose metropcs so it wont go to roaming. And I get no bars with a red cross, but if i dial *228, it shows some bars out of nowhere yet it does not connect, just gives me "dialing" and hangs up and the red cross comes right back.....!?!?!??!

Finally (I KNOW!! long read, sorry, trying to provide all the information i can to get any kind of help i can receive =/) i decided to check the 'about phone" information, and i noticed that my PRL is at 3000, under "My phone number" it just says "Unknown", and under "ESN" it says "00000000".....again, !?!?!?!?!

i tried the QPST fix, but no luck since i dont have an ESN, and same goes with the LGPNST...

If anyone can just provide ANY sort of help or clue of what i can do, before bringing it over to Metropcs, that would be extremely appreciated!!!

Sounds like your phone was factory reset for some odd reason. What the hell did you do???. Basically you have to re-program your phone. Which...if yiu haven't installed any roms. MetroPCS can do for you. Call metro.and see if you can get instructions on how to reactivate your phone and.re-program it. Good luck bro
 
I would. Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I've been sick with a cold. Any kind of sickness and chemo just don't mix.

I would always try the updater before I would go to a Metro store....

Either way, i really appreciate the response :D but yeah i tried the updater, still no luck. I finally brought it to a Metro store, getting it replace =)

Sounds like you were in Test mode. This is the first time I heard of it happening on the Connect. :thumbdown:
