Help my pulse reboot nonstop

My huawei u8220 reboot nonstop.I take it to the service when it stop on boot screen (tmobile) twice.

This problem be based on hardware or software ???? pls help...

Give us more information. Android version, do you use custom rom...

the phone is new.

frimware version is: 1.5

baseband version: 6383

usb fastboot: v.0.5

kernel version: 2.6.27-pref

this is all what can i found.my english isint good enought.

i dont know anything about custom roms but the phone memory is clean.
