Root my rom manager wont install new roms! HELP!!!

i have omj 1.4 n before i had supersonic n it wont let me install new roms, when i download the rom n try to install it, it goes to the recovery mode n stays there, nothing pops up. i think my recovery menu is messed up or something.

Try reflashing the recovery. Install an older version then install the latest version.
