My screen has a slight crack..

EDIT - I am home here are the pictures, the scratch is very hair line thin and is in the form of an arch just above the search touch button.

I was in Home Depot playing Pocket Legends on my phone and noticed a slight very small crack, its just above the search touch screen button. I have no idea how it cracked I am assuming it was from mee being outside in the cold weather often.

Weird thing is though I never dropped the phone so the crack surely isn't from a drop. And I also had my ipod touch in my pocket along with my droid and the ipods screen didn't crack.

I will be posting a picture of it when I get home later and also calling verizon about a phone replacement but am not sure if I should mention the hairline crack.

If the phone is scratched then the phone will not be covered under warranty. Warranties only cover manufacturers flaws. Scratches are considered user error.. If you have the insurance then it will be but you pay a deductible.

Also, did the back of your iPod (the metal part) rub against the screen? That will scratch it.
