Help My screen has glitches

My huawei ascend started showing weird lines in my screen. I didn't drop it or anything, it just randomly started showing these both horizontal and vertical lines, which makes it very hard to see what I'm doing on my screen.
The screen still works, but looks just really weird..
does anyone know what causes these lines and what might solve it?

Sparrow, in development options in settings, ensure that none of the options are checked.
