so i dropped my android ascend and the screen busted will the warranty cover it to get it fixed?

Generally speaking, if the damage is self inflicted, no. Is it insured in any way?

No warranty does not cover this type of thing. However if you bought insureance it will.
Warranty: Cover's manufacturers defects. Example: Touch screen stopped working and there is not visible damage it will most likely be covered.
Insurance: Costs extra and covers basically everything included but not limited: Water damage, broken screen, cracked screen, lost phone, stolen phone.

Lol Q: why do so many noobs go for the cracked screen app?
A: because its free. Problem is, it costs upwards of $70 bucks to uninstall!
