my screen keeps scrambling??

hi everyone! i've had my droid 2 for about 2 months now. this morning when i took my phone off of the charger, i unlocked it and the screen scrambled. i could still press things and move the screen around, but it was scrambled. i turned it off, took out the battery a few times, and eventually it was fine. i used it all day, then tonight the same thing happened, and it took about an hour of taking the battery out and restarting it to get it back. does anyone have any advice? thanks! until today, i've never had a problem in any way!

My advice to you is to call verizon at 800 922 0204 and ask them to either fix it or replace it. They're probably going to tell you to do a factory data reset.

Have you recently installed any new apps on the phone? Anything in the days just prior to this problem beginning?

i did a factory reset myself and everything seems to be working fine now. i am going to stop by verizon this week though and have them take a look at it. thanks for the advice, i really appreciate it!
