Root My screen shrunk!!!

So my I let my battery die for some battery cycling. When I plugged it b mack in and rebooted my screen has shrunken. Like its been zoomed out. Everything is small and the status bar text is smudged all together.

Help would be GREATLY appreciated (if anybody even understands what's going on)

1. Do you have a bionic?
2. Is your phone rooted or altered in any way?
3. What programs have you installed prior to reboot?
4. Have you tried rebooting the phone to see if you have the same problem?

It might be your screen but I am not if you posted this in the right section.
