Sorry to hear that you lost your phone. If you had no location apps installed there are very few options. You might try Plan B | AppBrain Android Market. but if the phone is truned off there's little chance it will work. And if you have the phone deactivated with your carrier, it won't work as well. However if you DON'T deactivate the phone, whoever has it can make calls that you will be charged for. Tough call.
