Help My text noticification bubble is red, and it chimes twice...

And when I open it, it asked for my voicemail password. But it is like some generic ATT text service. It just sort of happened out of no where..

Was this an update perhaps? Because it just seems weird to me. I can explain further if nobody knows what im referring too.
