Help My text notifications suddenly stopped

Everything was working fine and suddenly the sound and vibrate no longer work. I use hancent and changed the notifications there and on my home screen settings too, what's up??

I just recently had the same problem. my text notification sound stopped working and now my phone just vibrates when I get a text. Every other notification sound works fine still.

how do you turn on the status bar notification? thanks
