When I ordered this afternoon, it wouldn't take the promo code and defaulted to free overnight with no other options.
Seems like VZW's webmaster is overloaded and confused.

Finally, the site seemed to settle down and the order went through. Deep breath and *sigh*. Now I can relax...except for the part in the confirmation email where it says if they're out of stock they'll contact us. OOS! NOOOOOO! Please don't say it!

OK, I won't borrow trouble.

BTW, my only option (not that I'm complaining) was for free overnight shipping. Also, there was a banner on the side that said free activation Fri-Mon so I definitely didn't get charged for activation. I thought I saw somewhere else on the site that all online orders had activation waived but maybe I'm wrong.

I thought you only get tracking numbers when your order ships.

I would recommend using Internet Explorer when processing your order. I usually use Google Chrome for my browser and it would run painfully slow and crap out before the end of the ordering process. I had no problems when using IE and it went pretty quick.

I had the option of 2 day shipping or overnight shipping for $8.99. I live in Indiana, so this must be based on your location from warehouse. I imagine the people who live close to warehouse are only seeing the overnight option due to proximity. Anyway, thanks to whoever found the FREEOVERNT promo code for next day overnight shipping.

I had the same issue, used Chrome it died and crashed, used Firefox, died, used IE and it worked fine.

Seems like others are having problems too. Just passing on my experience. I use Google Chrome and 3 times last night it crashed right before hitting the submit order button. It also seem to run slower with Google Chrome. On the 4th try using IE, I had no problems and it seemed to go much faster.
