Help My Verizon Widget Missing?

I did a hard reset on my phone so I could get a fresh start before 2.2 rolls out, and when I was replacing my widgets/icons on screen, I noticed the My Verizon icon was no longer listed in my programs. I don't recall having to download it before, and I don't see it in the Market. Is there something I have to do to get it back, because I used it a lot to check my minutes usage, or just to see how many texts, or how much data I'd used. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps you need to reprogram it with a *228?

Did that, but no change. Oddest thing. I'll wait until I get the 2.2 update and see if it's still gone.
