Help my vibrant is degrading ...

About 3 weeks ago my phone started lagging,freezing,FCing,losing data signal.... I have been running stock 2.2 and routinely backup and have done a hard reset. Anyone else experiencing this.
 
i tried froyo for a week and decided to flash to a custom rom.. it's about twice as fast, or at least it feels that way.
