My wallpaper wont scroll

Im using Note 3 and its the first time im using an android phone,my homescreen wallpaper used to scroll whenever i swipe to the left/right,i installed some apps to change my theme on my phone (phone theme shop,go sms,go contacts,etc) and after a few days i changed my theme to the default one because i hated the new theme i installed,now my wallpaper wont scroll??was it because of the apps?

I wish I had my phone with me so I could direct you right to where you need to go, but have a look around in the display section in your settings. there should be an option somewhere.

If you really can't find it I'm sure someone on here will reply with an answer soon.

btw, theres 2 main shortcut ways of getting to settings if you didnt know how,

1. while on your homescreens, press the Menu button (bottom left capacitive button), then Settings.
or
2. scroll down your notifications, and at the top right, you'll see a cog wheel you can press to get to your settings.

I find these much faster than going into your App Drawer and scrolling through looking for settings.

I believe it's launcher dependent. Sounds like you're using the Go launcher, so look for the settings in that app.

Could also be an option in your theme app. Menu, Settings.

I deleted all of the apps and my wallpaper still wont move.
