Root MY wifi tether is not working

my wireless tethering us to work but now it dosnt. im on the latest CWM with lunar gen installed. i know that there are many other threads like this one but there problems are not the same. HELP. i wanna go back to playing online on the go. i got a field trip coming up and i hope to do sooo.

In my experience, the browser used can be the cause of failure. I am having success with Firefox 3.6 Portable. It's old but it works.
