Help My X (droid) simply will not hold wi-fi...

Hey fellas.....
after drowning my original X in coffee, im on my second replacement X (not the X2 mind you). I have it unlocked and currently am not overclocked or undervolted.

I stream pandora often (as well as sirius) and am really disappointed with how poor the consistency is.

I have a cisco E2000 wireless router, and all other devices (ipad2, galaxy 10.1, and droid incredible) stay locked in....the X's battery setting is to performance mode, which makes zero difference in longevity.

This , these, droid X's are not working for more than 1 hour before dropping. Its not a time-out issue with pandora or sirius either...

Can anyone help on this? Im leaning toward getting another replacement phone at this point. Its beyond frustrating.

Frustrating, but telling of this devices popularity.

Seems better with a cache wipe, but how often should this need to be done?
