hi,my phone has locked and i cant remember the google email addresse and the pass word could you pleased help me to reset or unlock it

You will have to do a factory data reset. No other way. Press power on and "home" at the same time. When you get the \!/ press the search button. Scroll down to the data wipe button and select it. You'll be able to get in but you'll lose data. Hopefully you're backed up on google.
