I've installed Myns Warm TwoPointTwo Rom and would also like to install the Update-LauncherPro.
Do I have have to wipe anything before I flash the Update-Launcher zip?

You don't really have to wipe anything, but good to wipe dalvik/cache.

Since u mentioned wiping dalvik/cache, anyone know where i can find a link to the recovery, I think there's a problem with clockwork recovery properly wiping. So I wanted to flash this before i dive into flashing a new rom.

To change recovery from clockwork, go to Rom Manager App and scroll down to flash alternative recovery image. Make sure AmonRA-Recovery is on the root of your SDcard.
