By email or by an internal app?

when some1 would send me a message the sites would send a txt 2 my phone, now i dont get any messages saying that i have new messages on any account
but they would send a message to xxxxxxxxxx@the sprintdomain.com

[Jaffa]

Same phone number as the last device?

[placez]

yes

Walk me through the process, I am not sure I understand, Myspace or blackplanet would forward your message info onto your sprintdomain email address, which intern sends you an SMS to updat you?

Is that correct?

when some1 sends me a message I get a txt alert to my phone. Now that I have this HERO I dont get the txt message

If the website in question has an option to send you sms's when you recieve messages, and your not getting them, this will be an issue with the website not the phone, check all the settins on the site that sends the sms, as long as your hero is recieving normal text messages, there is no reason it would not recieve others!
