Please help me out with my locked phone.

My 6 year child was texting on WhatsApp somehow the mobile got restart and screen got locked. All the notifications are there on the mobile but when I scroll to unlock the phone it shows some mysterious lock with only "text box with keybord, and two buttons one for emergency call and and another for cancel".

Images are attached. Please check and help me out with this.
(I have hided some personal details by removing it from the images)

I have set the pattern lock for screenlock. It was working fine. I don't know how this came, now I don't know how to deal with this.
so you still have after reboot? if so then i would do a hard reset. keep in mind if you do, that you will trip FRP (Factory Reset Protection). but don't worry, as long as you know your Google acct info you will be fine.

Yes I still have the locked screen after the multiple reboots. Every time I reboot I see notifications on the mobile screen but whenever I try to unlock the phone the mysterious text box comes. I don't know what to do with it.

The FRP will format all the data and I don't want to do that. I have many important pics and files in phone memory, I want to retrieve it.

well i think there is no other options.....and it is not frp that will do that...when doing a hard reset, the reset will wipe data. this is the only way to bypass any lockscreen pin or password setup.....never heard of any other way to bypass it.....sorry

just an fyi, you should have been using google photos. it automatically backs up my photos. i never have to worry about my them.....ever

Well hard rest will wipe all the important data. If someone help me to know why this box has appeared I will get to know how to deal with it.
If source of this box will be know, half solution will be done.
Would you help me to find out where that box comes from, what generates that box, why I am getting that box?
