Mytouch stuck on green screen

I am a newbie and dont know where to post.

I just rooted and installed cyanogen 4.2.5 following this videos instructions exactly..

it showed a swuccessful install, no errors.


i am stuck on the green mytouch 3G screen. I removed the battery to reboot and i can get to the recovery mode screen.

i also tried doing the nandroid backup and then restoring the latest back up and that didnt work. i read about doing this on a cyanogen wiki but now im wondering if this erased my original backup?

somebody please help i have no idea what to do!

i also tried wiping and reflashing. doesnt work.


is it possible to put a different version of cyanogen on the sd card while in recovery mode? i would like to try an older version and see if that does the trick

Get a different sd card downloadsappimg.nbh then update your phone from bootloader mode
