Help N1 style Grid Launcher For Moment

So i have been on youtube, and seen everyone with moving backgrounds, and a mysterious Grid app Menu launcher. People say they got it from XDA developers, but they have a near impossible site to navigate. I know how to root the moment, but i just want to figure out what to do to get this launcher on there. Thanx

For the grid style launcher and more, d/l Launcherpro beta from the market or from the highly recommended Appbrain.

For live wallpaper-

or you can root the phone (video)and either include them with sdx rom builder or install a custom rom that already has them included.
