Help N4 back, apps and task button not working need help..

Are those areas of the screen unresponsive anyway? If you turn the phone in to landscape mode, when you press the area of the screen where they used to be, does it register as a being pressed?
An easy way to test would be seeing if the keyboard typed in landscape.
If you've factory reset and it's still an issue though, you probably need to see about a warranty return.

When in landscape mode the keyboard is working fine..but back, apps and task button still not responsive..except when I turn to landscape the opposite way where the back, apps and task button change to the other side..only that way the back, apps and button is functional..is this a hardware problem..?
