+1, it is dashclock widget. only caveat, it turns on a service if you are sensitive about such things...

I use it on my lock screen and on an alternative home screen. my main home screen has too many icons to support it...

What do you mean... It turned on a service?

Is this something extra running in the background? Any battery draining issues?
