Nand Flash

I have a tablet that has internal storage of 1 gb. It also have a storage called
NAND FLASH and also named as SD Card which is 16 GB. Is not my external SD Card. This is shown after the NAND FLASH. The problem is the internal storage has runned out and i can't restore more apps from backup. How do i make backups and all apps to copy to NAND FLASH?

What Android version is this tablet running (and indeed what model is it?).

This sounds like the way Android used to work before 4.0: the internal storage partitioned into a smallish /data partition for apps and app data (what you see as "internal storage" ) plus a separate partition for media (what you see as "sdcard" ).

If that is the case you cannot move _everything_ to /sdcard, but may be able to move some stuff. Do you have a "move to sd" option for apps you install yourself (Settings > Apps > Downloaded, select app, look for button to move it)? If it's there you can use that to move (parts of) those apps which have it.

What are you using to make backups? Have you checked your backup app's settings to see whether there is an option?

Finally, are you rooted? I'm guessing not, but there may be more options if you are.

Better yet, what Tablet do you have ?? I will move this to the Tablet talk in a bit, just going to wait and see which make you have ;)

I has Android 4.2.2 and the make is Bitmore 1060. It has an option to move to sd but i don't think is moving it to the extra paritition but the external SD. I used My Backup Pro to make the backups and it does not have any option for installing to sd card. I'm not rooted.
