If I remove the nandroid backup from my SD card, then when I need it put it back in the same exact spot, will it still work? Sorry for asking but better safe than sorry.

My current backup takes up 857mb, so I moved it to a thumbdrive and my computer. I will not mess with the Inc unless I first transfer the backup to the exact same directory and folder on the Inc (that it was originally in).
Regardless, a recent backup is always a nice think to have.
