Root Nandroid backup restore error

I have a question when I put. My nandroid backuP on the computer from my phone and transfer them back I tried to restore it like a couple days ago it said couldn't process error I backup the first three and WiMAX and wouldn't work

It wasn't' mentioned, but just as a note if you changed the nandroid file name on your PC and then place it back on the phone to use it will give you that error.

also it needs to be in the right folder as well.
