Root Nandroid backup with voodoo

Question about nandroids in voodoo. Can I go into the CWM folder on my SD card and rename the backups something other than the default name? I would like to name them something like rom-voodoo kernel version-date so I know what they include and when they were made.

I didn't know if this would mess it up if I ever needed to restore from that backup.

nitsuj17, how long does it typically take for you to complete a voodoo backup? I have let a cwmod red backup attempt run for an hour and it never gets past "Backing up system..."

A backup is a backup voodoo doesnt make it take any longer. It all just depends on how much you have on your phone to be backed up. But an hour is rediculously long, it shouldn't take more than a few mins.

Yeah 5 minutes tops...,what were you trying to backup that got stuck?
