Root Nandroid Backup

According to the posted thread, you need cwm to install the app.

You could also simply extract the zip and copy the files yourself and reboot.

But if I posted two files and said put these in these two directories and install, who would want to do that?

Also, you could install from the market and it can install from there.

Anyway, Mr. Peanut has provided the needed files already.

What needed files? ....... Where?........ :o

In the thread,[TOOL] Onandroid - Nandroid Backup Without Rebooting [Update!][v5.9] - xda-developers, there is a flashable zip that contains the two files...

They suggest flashing the zip and then runing it through terminal emulator...That may be a bit confusing for the average...

So you can download an app free from the market instead if you'd like...

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.h3r3t1c.onnandbup

That should allow anyone with a root device to perform a backup without rebooting or needing CWM.

I should have made it more clear in my posts, and I apologize for that.

This app make it easy for anyone.
